Ingredients:
200gm cashew
70gm almonds
140gm dates
5gm agar powder
1tbsp coconut oil
50gm honey
water
-soak cashew for at least 2 to 3 hours
-coarsely grind almond and dates
-place crumb in pan and press in bottom, sides
-mix agar powder and water and leave for 10 minutes
-add cut beetroot in a blender and make pulp out of it
-add cashew, water, coconut oil, agar mix, and honey in a blender
-blend to smooth paste and pour in a pan with the crumb
-refrigerate for six hours before serving
